Bills head coach Sean McDermott announced that safety Jordan Poyer and cornerback Maxwell Hairston will not play in Saturday’s AFC Divisional Round game against the Denver Broncos due to injuries. Poyer is sidelined with a hamstring issue, while Hairston has an ankle injury.

Regarding running back Ty Johnson, who missed the Wild Card game and has not practiced this week because of an ankle injury, McDermott said, “I’m taking a similar approach to last week.” Johnson has not been ruled out yet and will be further evaluated before the game. He is set to be limited in Thursday’s practice and remains questionable for the matchup.

The team also opened practice windows for defensive tackle Ed Oliver (bicep) and wide receiver Curtis Samuel (elbow). Oliver was limited in practices on Tuesday and Wednesday and will continue with limited participation on Thursday; he is listed as questionable for Saturday’s game. Samuel participated fully both days and will continue as a full participant but is also considered questionable.

Safety Damar Hamlin, who had his practice window opened last week due to a pectoral injury, is expected to be a full participant in practice but remains questionable for the upcoming contest. Linebacker Terrel Bernard is also listed as questionable.

The Bills released their final injury report after practice.
