The Buffalo Bills have made changes to their wide receiver lineup ahead of Week 13 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The team announced Friday that Gabe Davis has been signed from the practice squad to the active roster, while Curtis Samuel has been placed on injured reserve due to elbow and knee injuries.

Samuel is now set to miss at least four games, making him eligible to return in Week 17 when the Bills face the Philadelphia Eagles. In the 2025 season so far, Samuel has recorded seven receptions for 81 yards and one touchdown. He did not play in Week 12 against the Houston Texans because of an elbow and neck injury and was ruled out for Week 13 earlier on Friday.

Gabe Davis had previously returned to Buffalo’s practice squad from injured reserve this season and was elevated for games in Weeks 11 and 12. During those appearances, he caught four passes totaling 62 yards.

A full injury report for Week 13 is available through team channels.
