The Buffalo Bills announced on Apr. 2 that they have extended their partnership with Kaleida Health, which will continue as the team’s official healthcare provider. As part of this agreement, the Bills’ training facility will be renamed the Kaleida Health Performance Center.

The collaboration is intended to improve health and wellness for fans throughout Western New York. Pete Guelli, President of Business Operations for the Buffalo Bills, said, “We are extremely grateful for our ongoing partnership with Kaleida Health. Their steadfast support and commitment to our community are invaluable and are making a lasting impact. As the official healthcare provider for the Buffalo Bills, our collaboration will enhance the health and wellness of fans throughout Western New York.”

Kaleida Health provides care across Western New York through a network that includes hospitals such as Buffalo General Medical Center, Gates Vascular Institute, Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, Olean General Hospital, and services from the Visiting Nursing Association of Western New York. The newly named performance center offers state-of-the-art facilities for players and staff year-round.

Don Boyd, president and CEO of Kaleida Health said: “Our partnership with the Buffalo Bills has served as a cornerstone of how we care for our community, together. By continuing our role as the official healthcare provider of the Buffalo Bills, and through enhanced programming and health outreach opportunities at the Kaleida Health Performance Center, we’re grateful to help Bills fans advance their health.” Over ten years together have included memorable moments such as a major fundraising effort in memory of quarterback Josh Allen’s grandmother in 2020 that raised over $1 million by year’s end.

The Patricia Allen Fund was established in December 2020 to support pediatric critical care at Golisano Children’s Hospital; it reached nearly $17 million in donations by its fifth anniversary in November 2025. Additionally, defensive end Greg Rousseau has worked with Kaleida since his rookie season in 2021 through hospital visits and charitable events.

Kaleida Health employs nearly 10,000 people across its system—making it Western New York’s largest non-government employer—and relies on philanthropic support via two foundations: The Kaleida Health Foundation and The Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation.
