The Buffalo Bills have signed wide receiver Kelly Akharaiyi following three days of training camp. Akharaiyi, who was not selected in the NFL Draft, played for Mississippi State in 2024. In his single season with the team, he appeared in 11 games and recorded 25 catches for 391 yards and two touchdowns. Prior to joining Mississippi State, Akharaiyi played at UTEP from 2022 to 2023, where he accumulated 69 receptions for 1,308 yards and eight touchdowns over 24 games.
In addition to adding Akharaiyi to the roster, the Bills placed wide receiver David White on the reserve/retired list.
