On Saturday, March 8, former St. Mary’s High School standout Bella Farina’s current college team, the Binghamton Bearcats, lost 10-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Radford Highlanders.
The game took place at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park. This was their first matchup against the Highlanders this season.

The Buffalo Sabres defeated the Montreal Canadiens 3-2 to even their playoff series at two games apiece. Zach Benson scored the winning goal during his birthday celebration as lineup changes sparked key performances across the roster.
The Buffalo Bills have named three regional winners as Girls Flag Football Coaches of the Week for outstanding leadership during week five. Honorees include Dan Hannon (Kenmore), Dennis Thomas (Padilla), and Dan Scicchitano (Central Square). Each will receive $1,000 toward their programs.
The Buffalo Bills have signed tight end Shane Zylstra to a one-year deal. Zylstra previously played for Detroit and will wear No. 48 for Buffalo this season.
